Barb Depew and Eryn Davis, with KS Dept. of Education/Child Nutrition & Wellness joined KRC's monthly Views From the Field get together November 20th at 12pm. Last month's gathering highlighted activities of the Kansas Farm to Plate Initiative in Child Nutrition Programs. Barb shared successes of the past years, and Eryn cited future goals and projects to help incorporate local food on Kansas children’s plates.
