Recourse for Pesticide Drift?

As a response to inquiries regarding pesticide drift, the Kansas Rural Center staff invited Roger McEowen, Professor of Agricultural Law and Taxation with ties to Iowa State, Kansas State University and Washburn University, to partner with us on a free informational webinar.

During this webinar, Professor McEowen reflects on previously ruled-on cases as a guide to how proceedings may go in a court case. Ryan Goertzen-Regier joins to share resources that may be helpful to specialty crop growers and beyond. The webinar concludes with a Q&A session and the opportunity to connect with Professor McEowen.

Follow the link below to view the webinar and learn about what recourse you may have if you have been drifted on by pesticides in Kansas.

If you decide to view the webinar or have concerns about drift, we urge you to take this survey. Your input is crucial in helping us determine the most effective action we can take on behalf of our Kansas constituents.

Interested Kansans, Please take this survey to let us know if you have concerns or experiences with pesticide drift.
