The Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RCBS) is hosting a listening session and opening a request for information to obtain information from stakeholders about their experiences with and recommendations for the Value Added Producer Grants (VAPG) program to assist the Agency with streamlining the application process, clarifying eligibility requirements and reducing the burden for meeting them, revising the merit review process, and assessing the program’s performance.
