We can show you what is helpful. There are a number of ways you can help whether it’s writing a letter to your legislator or simply teaching a fellow community member about your challenges and opportunities as a farmer or community member.
Your voice and action is critical. By committing to at least three action goals you can help make a big difference in advancing the goals of Feeding Kansas. KRC will work with you along the way provide handy tools that help you succeed! Click the link below to select your goals.

Farm to Fork Summit Volunteers needed
Be a Farm-to-Fork Champion Volunteer! Suggest your community as a 2015 Farm-to-Fork summit location and be a part of the leadership team that helps plan the meeting. Help KRC staff find a great location, food, and local experts.
Last spring and summer, KRC visited Greensburg, Iola, Concordia, and Colby where we listened to Kansans from all walks of like to examine the barriers and opportunities in our farm and food system. The result was the Feeding Kansas report!
This year KRC is again looking for 4 host communities. This time we will bring support and training that will help your community strengthen its farm and food system such as advocacy with policy makers, media engagement, and community food organizing.
